We'll go through available data — reviews, customer support data, analytics, sales calls recording, competitors — and do interviews if needed.

At this stage want to understand current issues better and then map out optimal user journeys, which we'll later use as a guide for UI design.

We’ll study competitors, find reference and create a visual concept, so we can get a glimpse of how the future product will look like.

Once we establish the direction, we continuously refine UI and design system.

We give you written updates in Slack or Loom video at every step and have a call in the end of the week to go through results and next steps.

Sometimes we can operate based on assumptions and move to development right after. But if the stakes are high, it's better do user testing and iterate.
